  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties with Zoom, utilize the help menu in the app or program.
  • All attendees will be muted to eliminate unnecessary background noise during the presentation.
  • All Q&A questions should be directed through the Zoom chat.
    • Questions will be asked of the presenter by the moderator.
    • Q&A sessions will follow each presenter.
